Support engineer launcher

01Problem

The engineer on duty kept sheets, folders, mail and a messenger open and switched between them all day. A client request took longer to find a window for than to actually solve.

02What was done

1. 01Instant account search that sits above any window, so there is no tab to hunt for.
2. 02Exports, mail and notifications moved into a single app.
3. 03Version two rewritten in Go: starts at once, ships as one file, lives in the tray.

03Outcome

• A typical request is closed in one window, without jumping between five programs.
