Stream bot audit and overhaul

01Problem

The bot runs chat, rewards, alerts, text-to-speech, moderation and stream control. Three years of additions later, nobody knew what still worked.

02What was done

1. 01An inventory of the whole thing: 76 events, 55 commands, 25 rewards, 14 roles.
2. 02Automated checks that catch breakages before the stream starts.
3. 03Finished the chat text-to-speech and added a filter for unwanted words.
4. 04Wired stream events into the smart home.

03Outcome

• Breakages surface before the stream, while nobody is watching yet.
• The bot now has documentation and a prioritised task list.
