Fuel card tooling

01Problem

Support staff typed fuel card numbers and converted them by hand. Every piece of equipment set up this way invited a mistake, and the engineer spent the call doing arithmetic.

02What was done

1. 01The mobile app reads the card number with the camera and works offline — sites often have no signal.
2. 02It hands back the equipment commands ready to use, with nothing left to convert by hand.
3. 03For Windows there are two builds, one in Python and one in Go, to cover the machines support actually uses.

03Outcome

• Manual entry errors are gone; setting up a card takes seconds.
