The client needed a service that sells subscriptions on its own, scales by adding servers and takes no manual work per customer.

1. 01Designed the server network across six countries: entry points are redundant, so one node going down does not cut people off.
2. 02One perimeter setup on every node, plus automated handling of abuse.
3. 03Monitoring with alerts — a problem shows up before the first complaint does.
4. 04A sales bot and a control panel: payments, trial period, referrals, family plans.
5. 05A new server joins the fleet without downtime for the people already connected.

03Outcome

• The service runs on 15 servers across six countries and grows without a rewrite.
• Sales, renewals and access handover run without a person in the loop.
• A degraded node usually shows up in monitoring before it reaches users.
