01Problem

Users needed to see the state of the services in real time. Support kept getting the same question on repeat: "is it working?"

01A status page with history: the current state, plus what happened yesterday.
02An open API, so other systems can pick the status up.

03Outcome

"Is it down for everyone?" now gets answered with a link to the page.
